Tudor Top Box

The attractive room top box is suitable for both Wainwright’s and Tudor style bottom boxes. It is presented as a Tudor style cottage with realistic beams to the front and side elevations. The roof lifts to reveal loft space. This is the ideal miniature for the collector with limited space in search of an authentic and characterful residence.

First floor has one room at 360 x 328 x 200mm (14 x 12.75 x 8 inches)
The attic room has the same dimensions but with a sloping ceiling.
Decorating
It is recommended that the carcass is decorated before the beams are attached.
The beams should be stained or painted before gluing on (these beams can be distressed with a knife for a more realistic effect).
